Internal UI is very similar to production builds of iOS, but with some key differences:

• Internal UI may have a different build number from the iOS version it is based on, but not always.
• Internal UI has a large amount of added applications for debugging.
• Internal UI contains extra preferences, such as Internal Settings and Carrier Settings.
• Internal UI uses debug or development bootloaders, similar to NonUI
